About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Sales Representative with a vibrant personality to join our team. This is a hands-on retail position in a fast-paced appliance and mattress store. You’ll be a key part of the customer experience—helping customers find the right products, handling transactions, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
- Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Create sales orders and process payments accurately
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Support the overall customer experience from walk-in to delivery coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability is non-negotiable — we need someone who shows up on time and can be counted on
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Fast learner who can pick up product knowledge and systems quickly
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Required Schedule
Monday 8 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday 7:30 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday 8 AM – 5 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
