- Stock shelves accurately, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is inviting and well-maintained.
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage is in place.
- Assist customers with e-commerce orders and returns, bridging online shopping with in-store service.
- Maintain organizational skills by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with seasonal items and gardening supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions.
- Organizational skills help manage stock levels efficiently and support merchandising initiatives.
