Fire, Water & Mold RestorationA fast-growing restoration contracting company is seeking a highly experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a proven background in fire, water, and mold restoration. This role is ideal for a professional who can sell, scope, write, manage, and close projects from first contact through final billing.Xactimate expertise is mandatory. Large-loss experience is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead restoration projects from initial inspection through completion and final invoiceAccurately scope, sketch, and write estimates in XactimateSell and secure projects, obtain authorizations, and execute all required paperworkManage job production, timelines, quality control, and subcontractorsCoordinate closely with insurance adjusters, consultants, customers, and internal staffEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of hands-on Xactimate estimating experience (required)Proven experience in fire, water, and mold restorationLarge-loss experience a strong plusIICRC WRT and/or other relevant certifications preferredSolid understanding of SDS/MSDS documentation and job-site applicabilityStrong communication, organization, and customer-management skillsEnglish literacy and fluency requiredValid driver’s license
