Key Responsibilities
- Greeting all Members and guests upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using proper etiquette
- Take dining, to-go, and event reservations accurately
- Monitor and respond to Front Desk emails, forwarding messages as needed
- Format, print, and post daily specials menus (also event menus and buffet cards as needed) using Club templates
- Manage the distribution of mail and packages
- Monitor parking lot gate access and report unauthorized individuals in or around club facility
- Notify management of any dress code violations
- Provide general administrative support as needed for club operations
- Availability to work evenings (Tuesday-Friday, 4-8 PM), weekends, and holidays (approx. 12 hours/week over 3-4 shifts)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer navigation
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and/or reception duties preferred
- Business professional attire is required while on duty
Salary : $17 - $17
