Upper Level Marketing is urgently hiring a full-time Sales & Customer Service Associate to represent the AT&T brand inside major retail locations throughout the Worcester area.
As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you'll introduce customers to AT&T's wireless products, devices, and services while creating an engaging in-store experience. Every Sales & Customer Service Associate plays an important role in representing our brand, explaining current promotions, and helping customers find technology solutions that fit the way they live, work, and stay connected.
Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Service Associate
- Welcome customers into the retail environment and learn how they use their mobile devices every day.
- Demonstrate AT&T wireless products, smartphones, accessories, and current promotions through engaging, customer-focused conversations.
- Help customers compare devices, plans, and services while recommending solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Guide customers through activations, account setup, upgrades, and purchases while creating a smooth customer experience.
- Explain available promotions, product features, and wireless benefits with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Represent the AT&T brand professionally while supporting daily sales goals and building positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales & Customer Service Associates to strengthen the brand, execute retail promotions, and create outstanding customer experiences.
- Continue developing communication, retail, and sales skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship as a Sales & Customer Service Associate.
Qualifications of the Sales & Customer Service Associate
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, campus organizations, or another people-focused environment is helpful but not required.
- Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with customers.
- Interested in technology, wireless products, and representing a nationally recognized brand.
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally as a Sales & Customer Service Associate.
- Excited to represent the AT&T brand, explain current promotions, and create memorable customer experiences.
- Passionate about helping customers while contributing to the success of the brand through outstanding service and effective promotions.
