Our team is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Representative to represent AT&T and help create positive experiences for customers. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, answering questions, and learning about products and services in a customer-focused environment.
Great for Retail Associates, Customer Service Representatives, Hospitality Professionals, Servers, Bartenders & Outgoing Personalities! Previous experience working with customers is a plus, but it’s not required. We provide training to help you become familiar with AT&T services while building valuable communication and customer service skills.
Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T professionally when interacting with customers
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, helpful experience
- Learn about AT&T products and services and confidently answer questions
- Assist customers with account and service-related questions
- Help customers understand their available services and next steps
- Maintain accurate and professional communication throughout the customer experience
- Participate in team training and ongoing professional development
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive customer environment
