Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine Practice in Hancock, Michigan. Our clinic is designated a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualifies for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.
- Candidate Type: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
- Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)
- $2,500 CME annually based on full-time employment status
- 184 hours of Paid Time Off based on full-time employment status
