Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Dentist at its dental clinic in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.

Practice opportunity details include:
- Candidate Type: DDS
- 100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule

- Dental degree from an accredited school of dentistry
- State of Michigan unrestricted DDS licensure
- Registered with current DEA certificate
