Position Overview
You will help create a warm, efficient, and patient‑centered experience for children, families, and providers. Each day offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference by:
- Providing exceptional nursing care to pediatric patients within your licensure scope, ensuring every child feels safe, comforted, and understood.
- Assessing pediatric patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with providers to ensure high‑quality, comprehensive care.
- Supporting families with education, resources, and reassurance to empower them throughout their child’s healthcare journey.
- Preparing children for exams and treatments in a sensitive, professional, and child‑friendly manner.
- Helping manage pediatric chronic conditions and partnering with families to promote better health outcomes.
- Administering and tracking immunizations to support preventive health and long‑term wellness.
- Championing preventative care by managing an assigned pediatric patient registry and contributing to improved population‑health outcomes.
- Building meaningful relationships with children and families — making you a trusted and lasting part of their care experience.
- Supporting and mentoring fellow clinical staff, especially in pediatric care best practices.
- Enhancing clinic efficiency so providers can focus on delivering the best possible care.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Michigan
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Passion for pediatrics, excellent communication skills, and a patient‑centered approach
