The New Hope-Solebury School District is seeking a Lead Food Service Worker for the Upper Elementary School cafeteria.
This position is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring staff adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines, and managing inventory and orders. The Lead Food Service Worker will also perform various tasks such as food preparation, serving meals, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with the preparation, service, and clean-up for extracurricular functions such as luncheons, snacks, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Prior food service and customer service experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Full-time with benefits
