What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Salon Receptionist (11am to 7pm) position at Upper East Side Tan?
We are looking for a weekend front desk attendant to join our expanding team at Upper East Side Tan! As the first person that our members see when they enter the salon and the last person they see before they leave, you will become a face of our Upper East Side Tan brand. You will provide a memorable and personalized experience– grounded in top-notch customer service– to each of our members. - Experience with Boulevard software
- Previous salon/gym front desk experience
- Previous sales experience

- Booking appointments via phone and booking software
- Fostering relationships with members
- Handling all appointment check-ins
- Selling products and add-on services
