UPPER DENTAL is seeking a Dental Office Manager to join our team in HOLLYWOOD FL !
We are looking for an Experienced Dental Office manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of our modern dental clinic in HOLLYWOOD AREA. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled n both team management and treatment plan sales.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing a dental office.
* Strong knowledge of dental insurance and office software (Open Dental),
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to Present and close treatment plans.
* Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
* Must speak perfect English and fluent Spanish.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the dental office.
* Supervise front desk, assistants, and clinical Staff.
* Ensure a high quality patient experience.
* Oversee scheduling, billing and collections.
* Promote and sell dental treatments and services.
