Program Manager-Outpatient Therapist

Pay: Starting at $60,000 per year (Increases with experience)

Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (UBCSS) is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Program Manager to lead and support our outpatient therapy program in Elkton, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed mental health professional looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining a small clinical caseload.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient program
• Assign cases and ensure appropriate clinical coverage
• Provide direct supervision to therapists and administrative staff
• Monitor program performance and conduct monthly clinical audits
• Lead onboarding, training, and orientation for new therapists
• Respond to client concerns and ensure quality service delivery
• Participate in internal UBCSS committees and external community meetings
• Maintain a small caseload and provide direct outpatient therapy services

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Fully licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, PhD, or PsyD required)
• Preferred minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license required
