Diamond State Counseling is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Psychotherapist to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. Position Overview
The Licensed Psychotherapist will provide psychotherapy services, maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with colleagues to support positive client outcomes. This position is designed for clinicians seeking a manageable, full-time caseload with a strong work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy services
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain a caseload equivalent to 32 clinical hours per week
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches appropriate to client needs
- Collaborate with other clinicians and members of the treatment team as needed
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and organizational standards of practice
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Active Delaware licensure as an LPCMH or LCSW
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care
