Role Overview
We’re seeking a Tier 2 Systems Administrator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for supporting client environments, resolving escalated issues, and assisting with small-to-medium projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP setting and enjoys working directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets (Microsoft 365, networking, VoIP, e-mail, ERP applications, hardware).
- Deploy and configure PCs, laptops, and servers.
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Troubleshoot networking issues (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).
- Assist with client migrations, upgrades, and backup solutions.
- Document processes and provide excellent customer communication.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of IT support or system administration experience (MSP experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking basics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
- CompTIA Network , Microsoft 365 certifications, or similar preferred.
