We invite experienced and motivated RNFA's to apply for an exciting opportunity to independently support surgeons and deliver advanced-level perioperative nursing care. In this role, you will function as a trusted clinical partner, providing expert intraoperative assistance while advocating for exceptional patient outcomes across the continuum of care. You will also play a key role in advancing practice by educating staff, driving unit-based improvements, and serving as a clinical resource. This full-time position will work Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Rotating holidays and weekends will be required in the future as service and staffing expands. This position will specifically work with the Neurosurgery department.
Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $6000 with a 2 year service commitment to UPMC.
