This unique position offers flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays required—providing the work-life balance you've been looking for.

In this role, you'll travel between our Lakefront Primary Care and Your Hometown Partner practices as needed, contributing your expertise and compassion where it’s needed most. Experience with EPIC, triage, and immunizations, along with strong communication skills, are highly valued in this position. Title and starting pay rate of this position may vary based on years of experience and manager discretion.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $6,000.

Responsibilities:
