Troubleshoot and maintain critical equipment such as invasive monitoring lines, rapid transfusion systems, and autologous blood management systems.
Assist in the setup and management of advanced procedures, such as difficult airways, fetal surgeries, and ICU transfers.
Serve as a day-to-day lead for anesthesia technicians — mentoring, teaching, and ensuring team readiness and quality performance.
Identify and communicate equipment and system needs, partnering with leadership to improve processes and patient care outcomes.
Maintain aseptic technique, prepare sterile fields, and ensure all anesthesia care areas are stocked and ready for rapid response.
What You Bring:
Proven expertise in anesthesia technology and hands-on experience supporting complex surgical cases.
Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills — you enjoy guiding others and taking initiative.
A commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment.
