Wireless Team Member

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and creating positive customer experiences. As a Wireless Team Member, you'll work directly with customers to introduce Verizon wireless and internet services, explain available plans and promotions, support account setup, and help customers find solutions that fit their communication and connectivity needs.

As a Wireless Team Member, you'll build relationships, manage customer accounts, provide account support, and guide customers through enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates.

What You'll Do as a Wireless Team Member

• Introduce Verizon wireless services, internet options, devices, and current promotions
• Help customers compare plans, pricing, account features, and service options
• Assist with customer enrollments, activations, account setup, upgrades, and account updates
• Provide professional customer service and account support throughout the customer experience
• Build strong customer relationships through communication, follow-up, and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate client account information, customer records, and enrollment documentation
• Answer customer questions regarding services, billing, account features, and available promotions
• Support customer acquisition, account growth, and daily sales goals
• Represent Verizon services professionally during all customer interactions

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
