Customer Sales Associate

We're hiring a Customer Sales Associate to support a growing telecommunications campaign throughout the Pittsburgh area. In this role, you'll spend your day working directly with customers, introducing wireless and internet services, answering questions, and helping people choose options that fit their needs.

As a Customer Sales Associate, You'll

• Meet with customers in assigned locations throughout the area
• Introduce wireless and internet services, current sales promotions, and account options
• Help customers compare sales plans, pricing, and available features
• Assist with enrollments, account setup, sales activations, and service upgrades
• Answer questions and provide support throughout the customer experience
• Keep customer sales information organized and up to date
• Work toward daily sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience

You don't need previous sales experience to get started. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you're comfortable talking with people and enjoy staying active throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to build experience in sales, customer service, and account management.

Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, athletics, warehouse, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but it's not required.

Pay: $3,450.00 - $5,500.00 per month
