As a Customer Support Representative, you will work directly with customers to answer questions, explain service options, assist with account setup, and provide ongoing support throughout the customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with customers to provide account support, customer service, and service-related assistance
- Assist with account setup, account updates, enrollments, and general customer questions
- Explain available service options, account features, and promotions in a clear and easy-to-understand way
- Help resolve customer concerns while delivering a positive and solution-oriented customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records, account details, and interaction information
- Support customer satisfaction through strong communication, professionalism, and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to customer service goals, daily performance, and team success
- Stay organized while managing multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
