- Copy of Transcript (48 Semester College Units, Associate Degree or higher or NCLB Paraprofessional Certificate )
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Must provide both a valid CPR and First Aid Certificate)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must submit one (1) letter dated within the past twelve (12) months.)
- Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent )
- Resume
