EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Experience: Prior job-related experience Experience in dealing with disadvantaged youth Preparing and writing psychoeducational assessment reports Expertise in completing a variety of psychoeducational evaluations Experience presenting at IEP meetings Individual and group counseling experience Familiarity with family resources located within the community Education: Master’s degree required Bilingual/biliteracy skills highly desirable BCBA certificate highly desirable
IN-HOUSE CANDIDATES must include the documents listed in order to be considered for the position of School Psychologist. Letter of Introduction Resume Pupil Personnel Services Credential (School Psychology) OUTSIDE CANDIDATES must include the documents listed below in order to be considered for the position of School Psychologist.
- Copy of Transcript (Master's degree required)
- Credential Copy (Pupil Personnel Services Credential (School Psychology))
- Driver's License Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (must submit three (3) current letters written within the last twelve (12) months)
