- Certification (Food Safety Manager - must be obtained within 60 calendar days of employment)
- Food Handler's Certificate
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must submit two (2) letters dated within the past twelve (12) months.)
- Proof of HS Graduation (or Equivalent)
- Resume
