We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a love of working with kids, and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics skills, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive environment for learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Instruct students in proper techniques for gymnastics movements, including tumbling, balance beam, and vaulting.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a safe training environment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence.
- Monitor student progress and adjust training methods as necessary.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive training program.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or instruction is preferred but not a must.
- Skills in related areas such as dance, cheerleading, tumbling, or sports coaching are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults alike.
- A passion for promoting fitness, health, and well-being through gymnastics.
- Must be High School age or older.
