What you’ll do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- Run the dish machine safely and keep the soap and rinse chemicals stocked
- Pull any chipped or broken dishes and glassware out of service
- Keep floors, work surfaces and kitchen equipment clean, including deep cleaning
- Put away food and supply deliveries
- Empty trash and break down boxes
- Help out in other areas, like the beverage area, main kitchen or serving area, when needed
- Someone dependable who can keep up in a fast-paced kitchen
- A team player with a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers
- Able to follow spoken and written instructions
- Dishwashing experience is helpful but not required, since we’ll teach you our cleaning methods and equipment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
