Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Utility / Set-Up Technician to help maintain our restaurant facilities and outdoor spaces. This position is responsible for ensuring the restaurant interior, exterior, and patio areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses basic maintenance and technical skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of restaurant dining areas, patios, walkways, and surrounding property
Perform routine pressure washing of sidewalks, patios, and building exteriors
Clean interior and exterior windows to company standards
Complete minor paint touch-ups and cover-ups as needed
Assist with restaurant set-up and general facility maintenance projects
Remove debris, litter, and other hazards from the property
Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues
Perform light repairs and minor troubleshooting of equipment and fixtures
Support management with special projects and facility upkeep tasks
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
Previous maintenance, utility, facilities, or janitorial experience preferred
Basic technical and handyman skills required
Ability to safely operate pressure washers and basic maintenance equipment
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
Basic painting experience
Knowledge of general building maintenance
Experience with cleaning equipment and power tools
Understanding of workplace safety practices
