We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our patient-focused holistic medical practice. You’ll work closely with our physicians to deliver outstanding care, administering specialized therapies like IV treatments and performing phlebotomy. Responsibilities include:
IV Therapy Admission & Monitoring: Start IV access, and ensure patients are comfortable throughout their therapy.
Phlebotomy: Perform safe, accurate venipunctures to collect blood samples for both conventional and specialized lab testing. Process, spin, label, and prepare specimens for shipment.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Assistance: Safely prepare and operate the HBOT chambers, explaining safety protocols, monitor pressure adjustments, and provide a comforting presence during their session.
Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for an 8-hour shift. Strong clinical experience with proven expertise in phlebotomy and IV insertion/management. A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward holistic, integrative, and functional medicine therapies. Exceptional bedside manner, a calming presence for anxious patients, and excellent organizational skills suited for a small team.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
