While operating independently, effective communication ensures alignment on project scope, materials, and quality standards. Each project is an opportunity to apply expertise, mentor others when needed, and deliver installations that meet both design and functional expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Install custom closet systems in homes or businesses
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and communication
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Coordinate project schedules with clients and other contributors
- Adhere to agreed work specifications and safety guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient with common carpentry tools and installation equipment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Carpentry, cabinetry, or technical/vocational training preferred
- Experience assembling or installing furniture
- Background in custom, trim, or cabinet carpentry is a plus
