Responsibilities:
- Install custom closet systems in homes or businesses
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and communication
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Work with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient with common carpentry tools and installation equipment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Carpentry, cabinetry, or technical/vocational training preferred
- Experience assembling or installing furniture
- Background in custom, trim, or cabinet carpentry is a plus
