Responsibilities
Participate in HR projects related to learning and development, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Contribute to improving HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the recruitment process, coordinating interviews and helping with campus recruitment activities.
Help maintain employee records and update the HR Information System with accurate data.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Enrolled in a university (preferably Master Program) or higher technical school program for the entire duration of the internship
Strong interest in human resources and eagerness to learn.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and Native Dutch, both written and spoken, are essential.
Availability: 32–40 hours per week for 6 months.
Conditions on doing your internship at UNS:
You are enrolled at an educational institution for the whole duration of your internship.
The internship is a required part of the curriculum (e.g. for ECTS credit) of the study programme.
In the case of non-EU citizenship, you must be registered as a student at a Dutch educational institution.
In case of EU citizenship, you may be registered at any educational institution.
Physical presence at the location of your internship. We believe that you learn most when you can work directly with your colleagues. It is therefore not possible to work completely remote and UNS does not facilitate housing for your internship.

You will join a collaborative HR team consisting of three HR Business Partners, an HR Officer, an HR Employee, a Recruiter, a Recruitment Manager, and a Global HR Director.
