This position is responsible for checking the accuracy of new embroidery graphics and updating/adding information into the workorder in the dashboard and the Art Master in Oracle. Ensures the Digitizer and Artist followed all instructions and makes sure that the artwork, naming conventions and color information is correct. Responsible for creating an AI file off EPS files, so the design can go through the color engine and create the images on garment. Production sheets are used to communicate information regarding a specific design to manufacturing, sales representative and other internal departments.

Essential Responsibilities
- Works in 2 dashboards, PSP, and Digitizing PSP to check out work daily and work by art complete date, and rush dates, to meet production deadlines.
- PSP updates the colors and size in the art master.
- Digitizing PSP-The EPS file is opened, and an AI file is created off the EPS.
- Verifies all order details such as descriptions, notes & comments, size restrictions, location restrictions, fabric types.
- Enters Art Master Information in Oracle (description, size, colors, artist initials, stitch count, fabric type).
- Checks spelling against the on-line order, and any reference material. Uses the dictionary and licensing pages for further verification.
- Return orders in the dashboard with any questions due to the art and add a note to the order with detailed question.
- Maintain Production Sheet Processing goals and departmental monthly goals after training period.
- Double proof own work before completing order in the dashboard. Will check colors, notes, size restriction and spelling as this is the final check before the order goes to production.
- Cross train in other areas in art support.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Knowledge and navigation of basic PC programs
- Familiar with Apple Products & Mac Operating Systems (preferred)
- Relevant work or educational experience in Graphic Design / Digital Art field (a plus)
