This position is responsible for creating color separations for the screen print process. The Technician utilizes specialized software to create separate printing files for the screen-print process, while maintaining specific production and efficiency goals. Key Responsibilities
- Creates color separate files for screen-print manufacturing.
- Employee pulls and self-assigns projects through an on-line Art/Order dashboard.
- Manages workflow to effectively meet all deadlines and ship date requirements.
- Saves art files to appropriate network locations.
- Works on many different types of graphics, ensures that files are labeled and filed accurately.
- Maintains an accurate log of all jobs sent for color separations and other tasks performed each day.
- Overtime will be required at certain times throughout the year. • Special projects are assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or related experience.
- Working knowledge of the Macintosh computer and knowledge of Adobe software is preferred
