Job Responsibilities
- Utilize Logility Replenishment Planning, Oracle reports, and Arigo system to execute purchases against planned orders for assigned finished goods.
- Utilize system alerts and reporting to proactively resolve potential inventory shortages/overages for assigned finished goods.
- Manage the overcommitted customer order report function. Investigate root cause, take action to resolve and/or communicate Sales order issues with Sales Planning and Customer Service.
- Proactive, comprehensive communication with overseas company offices, satellite warehouses, suppliers, and colleagues in a consistent and timely manner regarding the items assigned.
- Communicate monthly factory projections. Bring attention to constraints and communicate with management on concerns.
- Active participation in forecasting, sourcing, and replenishment team meetings.
- Assist purchasing manager with various projects/tasks including pre-build calculations ahead of peak seasons.
- Help establish and document departmental processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience required. A Bachelor's degree in economics, supply chain, or business is preferred.
- Must possess intermediate computer knowledge and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
