Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRM roadmap and develop lifecycle marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across email, push notifications, and SMS
- Build and manage automated campaigns and triggered flows -- from welcome series and onboarding to re-engagement and win-back programs
- Segment audiences using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to deliver highly personalized, relevant messaging at scale
- Partner with creative, brand, and content teams to develop compelling copy and assets that align with campaign goals and brand voice
- Analyze campaign performance -- open rates, click-through, conversion, churn -- and surface actionable insights to continuously improve results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and partnerships teams to align on user lifecycle moments, new feature launches, and key marketing initiatives
- Maintain and evolve our marketing technology stack, including ESP and CRM platform administration, integrations, and data hygiene best practices
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content formats, and segmentation strategies to optimize performance
- 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing — ideally within a consumer-facing digital brand
- Hands-on expertise with major CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong analytical mindset -- comfortable working with data and dashboards to derive meaningful insights and report on KPIs
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation and personalization best practices across channels
- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, clarity, and detail
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to optimization
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
