Our clubhouse features both casual and formal dining areas, a waterfront bar, and a year-round calendar of social events. We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager/Bartender to oversee all aspects of our beverage program and deliver exceptional service to our members and guests
Position Summary:
The salary displayed is absent of gratuities. The Bar Manager will lead day-to-day bar operations, maintain inventory and compliance, and work directly behind the bar as needed. This role blends management and service — ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a warm, professional environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and daily service.
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Develop and maintain cocktail menus and seasonal drink specials.
- Ensure compliance with all NYS liquor regulations and club policies.
- Train, motivate, and supervise bartending staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of bar and storage areas.
- Work bar shifts regularly to ensure member satisfaction and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with the clubhouse manager and events team for club functions and private events.
- Foster a welcoming, professional environment for members, guests, and staff.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
