What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-3 years management in an upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant.
- Leadership Skills: A passion for leading teams and providing exceptional hospitality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build genuine relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Foster a family-like environment for the team, offering support and guidance.
- Partner seamlessly with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor and develop future Front of House (FOH) leaders.
- Manage and troubleshoot our POS system (TOAST) confidently.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure all guests leave happy.
- Monitor budgets to maintain profitability.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks accurately and on time.
