Main responsibilities
- Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or when travelling across Belgium.
- Oversee all aspects related to on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of Unox equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
- Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports after each intervention.
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
- 1-2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
- Willingness to travel around Belgium (up to 80% of the time).
