The person in this role will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer locations North West of France.

The person in this role will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer locations North West of France.
Main responsibilities
- Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling across France;
- Oversee all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment;
- Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions;
- Train customers on the correct use and operation of Unox equipment; Prepare detailed and complete service reports after each visit.
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges
- 1-2 years of experience in the electromechanical industry
- Willingness to travel across the North West of France (up to 80% of working time)
