Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project management and operations teams. This role is critical in ensuring projects are properly documented, tracked, and executed efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and field teams
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and closeout packages
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communication between internal teams and clients
- Assist with procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination
- Ensure accuracy of project data in internal systems
- Support reporting and documentation for leadership as needed
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:
- Fully understands internal processes, documentation standards, and project workflows
- Maintains organized and accurate project files with minimal oversight
- Proactively supports project managers and helps keep projects on schedule
- Communicates clearly with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Demonstrates ownership, reliability, and attention to detail in daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role preferred
- Experience in construction, AV, or low-voltage industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management software experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
