This position will support the division’s research and operational needs, with a primary focus on enhancing technical infrastructure and providing critical support. Key duties include:
• Cloud Services Engineering and Administration: Leading the management and optimization of cloud-based systems to ensure peak performance.
• System and Security Administration: Overseeing the security and maintenance of IT systems to safeguard research data and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Website Design and Maintenance: Designing and maintaining departmental websites to ensure they are user-friendly, functional, and up to date
• Instructional IT Support: Assisting with IT support for the independent study course (BIOM 505-007) and internship program, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting for both students and faculty.
• Research Collaboration: Contributing to the development of biomedical and cheminformatics web applications and collaborating with faculty, staff, and students on interdisciplinary research projects.
