We are seeking a Program Assistant to provide administrative and programmatic support for the Utton Transboundary Resources Center’s research, policy, and community engagement initiatives. Under the direction of Center leadership and staff, the student will assist with coordinating events, supporting research activities, and facilitating outreach related to water, natural resources, and environmental policy.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and public events
- Support legislative and policy engagement activities during session
- Conduct basic research and compile background materials
- Maintain organized records and digital files
- Assist with website updates and communications as needed
- Provide general administrative support to Center staff
Work hours are flexible and coordinated with academic schedules.
