Detailed Responsibilities:
- MAINTENANCE - Perform a variety of standard facility and ground maintenance duties to assigned area; replace light bulbs, electrical outlets, switch covers and other related items
- MAINTENANCE - Monitor, trouble shoot and repair/adjust thermostats and facility systems as required; request qualified personnel for repairs as appropriate
- RESPONSE TEAMS - Participate in Fire-Brigade-Response Team and child abduction programs; participate in annual competency reviews, tests and in-services
- ASSISTANCE - Assist other department personnel as needed
- RELATED WORK - Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
