Position Summary:

Detailed Responsibilities:
- LOG - Maintain canceled admission log, coordinating with UR and the Business Office; inform the Business Office of incorrect or duplicate accounts that have been issued
- REPORTS - Complete the AM census and VIP list for distribution to administration
- SYSTEMS MONITORING - Monitor problems with the ACTION system and report same to DP
- TRAINING - Train staff on the use of Harmony
- CENSUS - Coordinate with budget department and area directors to keep census information current
- REPORTS - Create and modify reports on SMS software, i.e., daily census, VIP list, OOCI log
- AUDIT - Develop, oversee and conduct various routine and special audits, research and correct data to maintain integrity of programs
