Job Description
We are an independent insurance agency seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to assist clients who have requested information about life and financial protection coverage.
This is a hybrid role, combining in-office support with the flexibility to work remotely based on schedule and performance.
The role focuses on understanding client needs and helping them select appropriate coverage options through a structured, step-by-step process.
Location
This is an on-site / remote hybrid position based in Asheville, NC.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients who have requested information about coverage
- Review client needs and present appropriate insurance options
- Assist clients through the application process
- Maintain follow-up and ongoing communication
- Track activity and manage client interactions using provided systems

Compensation
