What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products and services.
- Present, promote, and sell wireless devices, accessories, and plans to new and existing customers.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Resolve issues with care, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Consistently achieve (and exceed!) sales goals.
- Work as part of a team to meet location targets and share best practices.
- Stay up to date on promotions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or customer service experience (wireless/retail a plus, but not required).
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented personality with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with openness to feedback and growth.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
