Essential Duties and Responsibilities: {Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the functions listed below}
- Assist in taking a high volume of customer service calls.
- Assist with high volume of emails.
- Obtains and evaluates all relevant information regarding inquiries, discrepancies and or complaints.
- Assists to technicians via email, text, or by phone call.
- Verifies warranty information with manufacturers and collects accurate information to close out service calls promptly.
- Sends quotes/estimates for order parts in a timely manner.
- Provides updates customer and or associates and answers questions regarding pending service calls, parts on order, etc.
- Performs other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- One (1) year of experience in a dispatch capacity.
- A high school diploma or the equivalent in experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask to deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer software to include: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
