Role Description
This is a contracted role as an independent agent with the Unlimited Group. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for writing Insurance policies, and Customer Service for an expanding book of business on a day-to-day basis.
Duties
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner.
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and documentation.
Qualifications
- Must be US citizen, clean background
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Will provide training and licensing
Compensation
- This is a contracted position. First year agents in our organization average compensation range is between $100,000 - $350,000 with uncapped earning potential and bonus incentives.
