Brand Marketing Manager - The Little Gym
Job Summary:
The Little Gym is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to support and enhance the brand’s presence across our network of franchise locations. This role will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand consistency, support franchisee growth, and increase brand awareness among families and communities.
The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker who is passionate about marketing strategy, storytelling, and supporting franchise partners in delivering exceptional experiences for children and families. This role works closely with internal teams and franchise owners to bring the joyful, confidence-building spirit of The Little Gym brand to life across digital and local marketing channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Execute brand marketing campaigns that align with The Little Gym’s brand voice, visual identity, and enrollment goals across digital and traditional channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop branded materials including print collateral, email campaigns, social content, and in-gym signage
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for ongoing optimization
- Maintain brand assets and marketing resources within internal systems to ensure accessibility and consistency across the franchise network
Franchisee Support & Collaboration
- Serve as a key marketing resource for The Little Gym franchise owners regarding marketing tools, campaigns, and brand resources
- Assist in the planning and deployment of localized marketing strategies designed to support class enrollment and community engagement while maintaining brand standards
- Support new location openings by onboarding franchisees to digital marketing tools and platforms
- Assist locations with social media access and connectivity, including administrator support for local Facebook pages
Social Media Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the team member responsible for executing social media scheduling and publishing through the SOCi platform
Training & Education
- Build presentation decks and materials for franchise marketing webinars and training sessions
- Train franchisees and location teams on marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
- Provide ongoing education on brand standards, local marketing strategies, and digital engagement
Project & System Management
- Manage marketing project timelines and deliverables across multiple campaigns to ensure consistency and timely execution
- Support resales, relocations, and location transitions from a marketing perspective
- Maintain marketing systems, assets, and processes to ensure franchise partners have access to current resources
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or marketing coordination, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit environment
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and audience engagement
- Experience using marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SOCi, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading people and/or cross-functional teams, including direct-report management, coaching, prioritization, and driving strong execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for supporting franchise owners and helping children and families thrive through enrichment programs
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a franchise system or multi-location brand
- Background in youth enrichment, education, or family-focused industries
- Familiarity with franchise marketing compliance and localized marketing strategies
