Position Overview:
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) for The Little Gym plays a critical role in supporting the operational success and long-term growth of franchised locations. This role partners closely with franchise owners to build strong, trust-based relationships that drive alignment, accountability, and shared results.
In collaboration with franchisees, the FBC analyzes all aspects of the business and provides strategic guidance to develop and execute customized business plans that support revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability. The Franchise Business Coach serves as a key connector between franchisees and The Little Gym International, ensuring consistent support, communication, and adherence to brand systems and standards. This role is based within the designated market it supports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to franchise owners within an assigned market, supporting business planning and execution
- Collaborate with franchisees to achieve defined revenue, performance, and profitability goals
- Provide expertise and guidance on The Little Gym International’s systems, programs, and operational standards
- Act as a centralized point of support and liaison between franchisees and internal corporate teams
- Facilitate and support peer performance groups to encourage collaboration and best-practice sharing
- Advise franchisees on common operational questions related to systems, procedures, vendors, and tools
- Conduct in-depth business reviews and on-site visits to franchise gym locations
- Respond to and resolve franchisee support requests efficiently, documenting and tracking all communication through the ticketing system

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 1–3 years of consulting, franchise support, or related experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience working with franchisees or within a franchise system preferred
